1. When do I receive my e-ticket?
We will send you a ticket purchase confirmation email within 24 hours (usually within 30 minutes), which will contain the itinerary number, and you will also receive another confirmation email from the airline. Please check your spam mailbox if you do not receive the email.
2. How to make changes to my bookings?
Unfortunately, we cannot help you make these changes. You can go to the airline's official website and provide your itinerary number, and they can help you make the changes.
3. How to apply for refund?
You need to apply for refund through the airline company's official website or the airline company's customer service, and then leave us a message or send us an email with your name and itinerary number after the airline companies approve your request. We will refund you after receiving the refund from the airline company.
4. How long will it take to receive my refund?
After a flight is canceled, it usually takes 10 to 12 weeks for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account, but this can vary from airline to airline and depends on your payment provider.
